All owners in Legacy Oaks are members of Legacy Oaks at Lehigh Valley Homeowners Association. A five-member Executive Board, elected by the members of the Association, provides the overall day-to-day management of Association business, adopts the annual Association budget, sets monthly Association dues, and seeks to maintain and enhance owner value.

 

Reserves are regularly put aside and invested by the Association to provide future funds for repair and replacements of capital assets that are the responsibility of the Association. Capital Reserves protect future Legacy Oaks owners from special assessments for the costs of future asset repair and replacement. No special assessments have been required at Legacy Oaks since day one.
